2. Information We Collect
ExchangeStories is a static, read-only publication. We do not operate user accounts, registration flows, or in-blog contact forms. We do not collect, store, or process personal information directly through this site.
Standard web server logs retained by our hosting provider (Hostinger) may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for infrastructure security and performance monitoring and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Cookies and Tracking
ExchangeStories uses Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and may collect anonymized usage data to understand how visitors interact with the blog. No third-party advertising networks are used. Data collected through Google Tag Manager is subject to Google's privacy policy.
4. Embedded Content and External Links
Some articles link to external websites, including welsfoundation.org and third-party sources. When you follow these links you leave ExchangeStories and are subject to the privacy policies of those external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

5. Children's Privacy
ExchangeStories is a professional publication aimed at early childhood educators, administrators, and policymakers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact us at support@welsfoundation.org and we will take prompt action to remove it.
6. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal data directly, there is no user data to retain or delete. Server logs held by our hosting provider are governed by Hostinger's data retention policies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR, CCPA, or Florida Digital Bill of Rights) to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because we do not collect or store identifiable personal data, most of these rights are satisfied by the nature of this site. For any requests, email us at support@welsfoundation.org.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
