Enrollment/Demographics
Demographics is the study of a population based on factors such as age, race, language, and sex. WELS incorporates demographics for each site.

Features
The Features tab shows the sites current and past Features. This includes Support, Accreditation, and Service Options/Site Type.

Rooms / Groups
The Rooms documents specific information about each room at the site like:
- Age Group
- Children Level
- Capacity
- Enrollment
- Teacher
- Curriculum
Professional Staff
WELS has a centralized database of providers down to the classroom level and has the ability to interface with existing Professional Development Registries with verified staff credentials for determining a QRIS rating.

Document Library
The enhanced Document Library provides a repository of files that can be shared between sites. Certain Roles/Positions will have privileges to +Create New/ and view all of the documents in the WELS database. Documents can also be added from and linked to individual sites.
Reports
WELS has a centralized database of providers down to the classroom level and has the ability to interface with existing Professional Development Registries with verified staff credentials for determining a QRIS rating.
The Reports provides quick access to view data from the entire system. All reports can be emailed and/or exported in a variety of formats (XML, PDF, Excel, etc.).
